How it works:
The High Flow Bladder pump SPP-CM is especially designed viscosity product or for all application where the liquid could an external controller to control the air cycling ON and OFF pneumatic (No electricity). As there is no contact between easly pump all water quality (Iron, Fines, paricules, etc…) without a problem
Material:
304 or 316 SS Casing, Foot valve in HDPE, 304 SS Inlet screen, SS Barbs for AIR in and Discharge. The SPP-CM also exists. The compressed air is arriving into the pump throughout the External Surface Controller. Surface controller is equipped with 2 Timers ON and OFF than you can adjust flow rate at the surface.
Timer On: Bladder is squeeze from the outside by compressed air, fluid within the bladder is forced out through the Top check valve.
Timer OFF: Switch off compressed air. Air pressure is exhausted; the bladder expands its original shape. This pulls fluid into the bladder through the bottom check valve.

for Leachate pumping, DNAPL recovery, High not be in contact with drive air. This SPP-CM required to the bladder pump. The Surface controller is entirely driving air and the liquid pumped, the SPP-CM could any problem.
Top Non Return valve in304 SS, Bladder in Teflon, in TOP Loading version for LNAPL recovery.
